What should I check if a familiar product has a new name or version?

Look for an explanation of what changed rather than relying on the new name. Check whether the final selection still points to an older option.

How can I find out what is included in the purchase?

Look for an explicit list of included items or features in the offer. Check whether supporting instructions or access details are provided and how, when relevant.

What should I do if I may have placed the same order twice?

Two notifications can refer to different stages of one purchase. Compare the product options and quantities shown in each record.
